• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
• Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required.

Non-Refundable Items

• Products that have been used or damaged.
• Missing components or packaging.
• Shipping and handling charges unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

• Once the product is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product is delivered damaged or incorrect, contact our support team immediately with photos. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
